Return & Refund Policy
While customer satisfaction is important to us, due to the nature of our international dropshipping model, returns are subject to specific conditions.
- Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Fees:
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Once approved, ship the product back to the provided return address.

Upon inspection, approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

- Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Damaged / Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number for review.
