Return & Refund Policy

While customer satisfaction is important to us, due to the nature of our international dropshipping model, returns are subject to specific conditions.

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Fees:

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Return Process:

    1. Email your return request to twohundredtwelve2@gmail.com.

    2. Once approved, ship the product back to the provided return address.

    3. Upon inspection, approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Damaged / Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number for review.
